Q: What things did you make with your sewing machine other than the tool belt and pot holder for your parents? I have only read book one. Did you ever get hurt with it?
A: I make lots of nine patch quilt blocks, and Mama makes me practice sewing narrow hems. Once I’m really good at that I can advance to making shirts for my brothers.
